A spacious open plan living and dining room with sitting and dining area provides the perfect place to relax and entertain with double aspect sliding glass doors leading out onto the very pleasant lake view garden.
The stylish separate kitchen located just off from the open plan room features all the desired appliances for cooking delicious home-made meals, for both relaxed lunches and fabulous dinner parties. These memorable meals can either be enjoyed indoors or outside either on the covered lake view terrace or at the sunny picnic area of the garden which features a stone built BBQ for guest’s use.
The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited for groups and families of up to 5, with two spacious double bedrooms and third single bedroom. All bedrooms are bright, spacious and enjoy high ceilings for added comfort during the summer months. The property further benefits from two spacious newly fitted bathrooms; both fitted with contemporary showers with a purpose built stylish tiled bench to the principal shower room making it ideal for either disabled or elderly guests.
The most simple perfect amusements for guests to enjoy during their stay here includes relaxing with a good book, sunbathing under the glorious sunshine and alfresco dining to the back drop of the marvellous lake views. Guests can also easily access the wide selection of amenities, activities and attractions on Lake Maggiore for a well-rounded Lake Maggiore holiday.
Famous visitor attractions include the noble residence of the Borromeo Island, the world famous paradise gardens of Isola Bella, the vibrant resort town of Stresa with its wide selection of shops, attractions and visitor delights as well as the 11th century Castle of Rocca di Angerra, which houses one of the largest doll museums in all of Europe and is one of the most famous must-view sights!
The picturesque resort towns of Locarno, Arona, Verbania and Luino also make for ideal day trips on the lake, with frequent car and passenger ferries in operation between these principal resorts.
Activities on Lake Maggiore are many and varied and include swimming, wind surfing and sailing on the lake, hiking in the breath taking hillside scenery, cycling along the scenic lakefront roads, horse riding in Domodossola, Val Vigezzo or Santa Maria Maggiore (with 2 day rides available in Domodossola) paragliding from the mountainside, visiting luxury thermo spas such as Premia and even skiing!

Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
