The holiday residence itself is built over various landscaped terraces which make the most of the sunny panoramic lake view location. The detached villa apartments can be accessed by steps or glass funicular lift.
This beautiful first floor property enjoys a bright and spacious tiled open plan living room with sofa, lake view dining area and a fully fitted kitchen ideal for preparing holiday meals.
Guests can enjoy the SAT TV with DVD player and a music stereo in style with French doors which leads directly out onto a sunny lake view balcony, where guests can dine alfresco with stunning panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.
The accommodation is ideal for couples and small groups up to 4 with a fabulous master bedroom boasting a comfortable king size bed and direct lake views from its balcony. A wardrobe and desk are also provided.
Additional guests can be accommodated to the double sofa bed in the living room and the apartments can be rented together for larger groups.
A modern terracotta tiled bathroom fitted with a modern power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet is also provided.
From the property guests can enjoy the surrounding woodland trails which lead from the back of the residence and are perfect for hikers and dog walkers. The residence also boasts a fabulous outdoor panoramic view swimming pool with a smaller second child-friendly pool. The spacious sunny terrace above is perfect for sunbathers with sun loungers and the same incredible lake views.
An onsite management office is also situated in the residence and a resident parking facility is provided to the street level entrance of the holiday complex.
From the narrow steep road guests can reach local amenities in the charming village of Oggebbio with its grocery shop, bars and authentic restaurants. A wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops can be found in the nearby lakefront town of Cannero Riviera, which also features a lake ferry service.
Lake Maggiore boasts spectacular scenery and some fantastic visitor attractions, from the striking gardens of Isola Bella, the fine villas and museums of beautiful Stresa to the famous Borromeo Islands and nearby cities of Lugano and Milan; there is plenty to discover!
Guests can enjoy the surrounding lake activities which include hiking, cycling, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing and golf. The lakes also boast fabulous extreme sport clubs, adventure parks and close proximity to the Swiss Ski resorts making it the perfect destination for adrenaline junkies!

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
