The holiday complex comprises apartments in detached colourful villas which are situated over various sunny landscaped terraces to suit the mountainside terrain with access either by steps or by glass funicular lift.
Once inside this villa apartment guests can enjoy the comfort of a home-from-home with an inviting and modern open plan living room furnished with comfortable sofa and a SAT TV and a radio with DVD player for guest’s entertainment. A fully fitted kitchen also provides all the necessary appliances for creating fabulous authentic dishes during your stay!
Guests can also fully appreciate the spectacular lake views from the private covered terrace balcony which provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining and daytime relaxing.
Ideally accommodating 2-4 guests the apartment features a spacious bedroom furnished with a modern king size bed and a modern double sofa bed. A contemporary fitted bathroom completes the accommodation.
From the apartment guests can fully enjoy the sunny shared swimming pool which features a large pool and a second child-friendly semi-circular pool attached. Steps lead to a spacious sun terrace above with sun-loungers perfect for sunbathing, with breathtaking panoramic views you won’t forget easily!
The residence also features an onsite management office, a gate leading to the beautiful mountainside woods which are perfect for walkers and also a resident parking facility which is located to the street level entrance.
From the hillside location a steep narrow road leads down to the nearby village of Oggebbio and the pretty town of Cannero Riviera where guests can find a variety of shops, local bars and authentic restaurants to enjoy.
From Cannero Riviera guests can take a boat trip and explore the breathtaking sights of Lake Maggiore with its picturesque lakefront resort towns, famous visitor attractions such as Isola Bella and Angera Castle and its many fun activities which include hiking, cycling, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing, swimming and extreme sports. Guests can also enjoy Skiing at the Swiss Ski resort of San Bernardino which is just a 60 minutes drive away and also the nearby cosmopolitan highlights of nearby Arona.
The residence is also perfectly placed for day excursions to Milan, Locarno and Lugano.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
