The sleeping accommodation is flexible, stylish and very comfortable with a master double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single twin beds and a wardrobe. A modern fully tiled bathroom with shower, all the desired sanitary ware and including a washing machine also features in the property.
Guests can fully enjoy the onsite resident facilities including a resident accommodation manager, a sunny lake view Lido with swimming pool (open from the 15th April - Mid October from 8am till 8pm) lake view Jacuzzi and a Sailing club and Marina with boat moorings! Other activities to be enjoyed onsite by residents include climbing walls, tennis courts, beach volley ball and mountain biking along the nearby woodland trails.
The residence complex is Ideally located in the small pretty lakefront town of Maccagno with its medieval architecture, sandy beach, marina and many local amenities on offer and which is just a 7 minute’s drive from the popular lakeside town of Luino on the eastern shores of Lake which offers ferry and train links as well as one of the largest weekly markets in Europe, which has been attracting many visitors from Italy and Switzerland since 1541! Guests are ideally placed to explore the many visitor attractions which include the Borromeo Islands with their splendid Italianette gardens, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the national FAI trust Villas and the medieval Angera Castle.
Within a 40km radius of the residence six prestigious Golf clubs are located and Skiing at Forcora can also be reached and enjoyed in just 15 minutes by car. The famous Swiss ski resorts of San Bernardino, Airolo and Andermatt can also be reached easily in just over an hour by car.

Guests are required to pay a €70 cleaning fee upon arrival. There is also a €300 deposit required when collecting the keys, this will be returned upon departure.
