A beautiful terrace balcony can be accessed through French doors from the living room and provides guests with a lovely outdoor sitting area perfect for enjoying coffees, relaxed lunches and evening aperitifs. The views are of the fantastic lake view piazza with swimming pool and onsite facilities.
Upton four guests can be accommodated in the property with a spacious contemporary master bedroom with king size bed and second spacious bedroom furnished to a stylish finish and furnished with two single twin beds.

Resident parking is also provided and steps lead down to Maccagno’s idyllic promenade perfect for walking and jogging, with the route leading to the town’s lakefront park. Other activities also include tennis, volleyball and rock wall climbing.
The lakefront town is surrounded by tranquil woodland and mountainous surroundings and provides the perfect idyll in which to relax and unwind during your stay. Local amenities are available in the historical centre of Maccagno including a supermarket, shops, cafes and bars.
Activities in the local area include hiking, cycling, swimming and the La Darsena club provides sailing, wind surfing and kite surfing opportunities for both beginners and the experienced.
Luino is a picturesque resort town situated just a short drive from Maccagno which is a beautiful lakefront town to explore and where a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops can be found. A frequent car and passenger ferry service and train station both operate from the town and the many local attractions on Lake Maggiore are all easily accessible such as the famous Borromeo Islands, the enchanting Isola Bella botanical gardens, the ancient Rocca Castle in Angera and the resort town of Stresa.
The cities of Lugano and Milan also make for great day trips and nights away from the Lake with cosmopolitan attractions and delights to be enjoyed.
